A key and often low risk method for organisations to grow is the formation of strategic alliances with suitable international partners. Diarmuid can assist in identifying partners, facilitating the negotiation process with them and assisting the resulting business entity in the development of its business strategy. He has a particular experience of and liking for establishing long term strategic relationships with US companies and is always open to exploring any opportunity.

Having worked on the production of a wide variety of Expressions Of Interest and Tenders for such projects, he is also well placed to advise on the form, presentation and content of your EOI’s and Tenders.

For SME clients his primary focus is mentoring, training, strategy development, identifying opportunities for international strategic partnerships, marketing visits, advising on the appropriate use of Information Technology, progressing funding opportunities from concept to reality and the buying/selling of businesses.

Associations / NGOs
For Associations and NGOs he can identify funding sources, co-ordinate grant applications, lobby governmental and public sector interests while advising on profile building exercises
